Ethics For A Modern Workplace

Your character is who you are and it matters both on and off the job. Your ethics in the workplace depends on having strong character and integrity that will weather the ethical storms. The first section of the course helps define and understand character in the workplace and then extends those principles as part of a foundation for complete integrity. The second section of the course explores the issue of the work ethic and the need for moral and ethical codes at work. The third section helps participants understand the moral principles behind truth telling and learn how to avoid "irrational rationalizations." The fourth section of the course explores workplace situational and not-so-situational ethical decision-making skills in the workplace. And, the fifth section provides practical easy-to-use ethical decision-making strategies to overcome those not-so-situational dilemmas in the workplace.
